The Sea That Dreamed — Finalist at AI for Good Film Festival

My film The Sea That Dreamed was a finalist and screened on the main stage at the AI for Good Film Festival, part of the AI for Good Global Summit 2025 in Geneva, Switzerland.

After the screening, I had the privilege of an inspiring conversation with REZA SIXO SAFAI and the opportunity to connect with fellow AI filmmakers pushing the boundaries of this emerging medium — Odair Faléco, Jessy Cheung, Isabel Martínez, Michaela A. Ternasky-Holland and Lisa Russell.

Organized by the United Nations’ ITU in partnership with over 40 UN agencies, the summit is the leading UN platform for showcasing AI solutions that advance the Sustainable Development Goals. It brings together leaders in science, policy, business, and the arts to explore how AI can be harnessed for positive impact — from climate action to humanitarian response, healthcare, and education, to beyond.

The AI for Good Film Festival celebrates cinematic works that delve into the social, ethical, and emotional dimensions of AI — storytelling that sparks dialogue, raises critical questions, and inspires change.
